Policies

  • Base Deadline for each project is 90 days / 3 months after payment. (but we make sure to do it as fast as we can without risking health)

  • Client can request faster deadline. Depending on the situation, rush fee may apply.

  • Absolutely no refund after the work has been started further than rough sketch.

  • Revisions for the art including color, positions, composition, shapes, angles, etc. are only available before draft gets rendered.

  • Revisions for the rig are only for mistakes and/or small features, or minor adjustments.

  • No Pay-Later Re-Seller (those who pays after they sell product to a client)

  • Some policies might have a bit of leeway depending on the situation.
